This August, Lincoln Center Out of Doors celebrates the spirit of the blues with over 100 free performances. Featuring music and dance from Mali, Ghana, Portugal, Greece, Spain, India, the Caribbean, and the Americas, Out of Doors reveals how the blues is alive throughout the world. With something for everyone, the extraordinary 36th season includes jazz, puppet pageants, spoken word, sunset chamber concerts and hip hop challenges.

The renowned Martha Graham Dance Company celebrates its 80th anniversary season with a program of classic Graham dances. Martha Graham, the American icon who shaped the course of modern dance, founded the company in 1926 and went on to create a repertory of over 180 works with collaborators that included Isamu Noguchi and Aaron Copeland. The Martha Graham Dance Company has received acclaim from audiences worldwide and produced some of modern dance's most illustrious performers and choreographers.
