I was just wondering, if anyone could tell me if they have an exact date when the Empire State BUilding was lit up in Red and Gold for the Chinese New Year that would be great! Also if anyone could tell me where I could find some pictures of the ESB lit up at night in those colors that would be great! Thanks in advance! :D

The ESB was lit in Red/Gold/Gold for the Lunar (Chinese) New Year, on or around January 29. Which was the Chinese New Year for 2006. Usually, the ESB will stay lit in holiday colors for around 2 or 3 days. Depending on how big the holiday is (ESB is usually in Christmas holiday season colors red/red/green for the whole month of December. Only to change to Blue/White/Blue for the first night of Hanukkah. Then it will revert back to red/red/green.) You can see the list of ESB lighting on the building's offical website.

Sorry, I couldn't find a pic of the ESB in Lunar New Year Colors. But I'm sure you can find one.
