Travel time by Bus from Secaucus to Port Authority

Will stay in Secaucus in oktober-november. What travel can I expect from Secaucus Convention Centre to Port Authority NYC and back ?
-> Port Authority (between 9 and 10:30 am)
<- Port Authority (not before 8 pm)

Is the tunnel open during the Marathon ? (5th of November ?)
