It actually makes me think of the UN buildings that are proposed in NYC. This building has the one side with slit windows like the UN plan, then the contrasting walls of marble/glass like the current UN building.

The picture from a distance makes it look good...not quite sure how I feel up close.

Kuwait has grown like a miini Dubai, and i like it!. very much, especially the Kuwait towers which soar increasingly above the skyline!.
