Hi,

I'm currently living in Canada... and I just got accepted into a college in Manhattan... I'm all set and ready to go for the end of Jan. But I HAVE NO WHERE TO LIVE!!! I had planned on moving into 444 Manhattan avenue, BUT I called and they have NO vacancies!!! I knwo that they have great prices also. I'm looking for somewhere that was built anywahere from 2000 till now...

I'm tring to find the # for Triangle court, But I have NO LUCK... I went on there website & I just keep getting an inbox...

Can anybody help me please?

I would recommend contacting your college for assistance with housing, they should be able to help you out.

Try the Dunbar apartments -- they're not new, they're prewars, but the complex appears to be coming up after a period of decline, and David Daniels of Corcoran has listings for three units.

Renovated two-bedrooms seem to run $1,100 -- you'd have to pay a fee, but you could get a roomie to still stay within a student budget.

And nobody flame me, I don't work for Corcoran.
