One of my clients, who is buying on the edge of the Financial District, told me that the area was going to receive an influx of 50,000 people.

Looking on this board, I'd search "Downtown Club", "Starck", "Gehry" , "101 Warren", and "William Beaver House" as well as the "River Terrace" thread just cited.
