Yesterday there was a loose discussion on "the New York City real estate scene" as part of the fun of the Inman Connect real estate conference.
The discussion was moderated by New York magazine's S. Jhoanna Robledo and sponsored by Street Easy. Participants included Andy Wang and Max Gross of the New York Post and Joyce Cohen, the Hunt columnist for The New York Times, as well as Jacob Goldman of LoHo Realty and myself.
Reference was made to a couple of recent posts on these boards -- specifically, the complaints about developers changing prices between offer and contract -- so we'll see whether that trickles into a story or two in the papers. I also wanted to thank wirednyers for keeping me so well informed in general, I realize that I have started reading this site before I read my newspapers!
