The Palladium was a theater and later a popular club located on East 14th Street at Union Square. It closed in 1997 and was demolished. New York University's Palladium Dormitory, with a ground-floor supermarket, now stands on that site. In its final years, The Palladium was a primarily-gay dance club operated first by Steve Rubell, of Club 54 fame, among other things, and later by Peter Gatien.

Thank you for you reaction!
But I don't think it is the correct answer!
The Palledium you write abbout is named the Palledium by Rubell & Schrager
in 1982 and was made a theatre in the early 70's on the foundations of Academy of Music.
The pictures I posted are from the 50's

I stand corrected. Your photos are of the Palladium Ballroom, which operated at West 53rd/Broadway until 1966: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palladium_Ballroom
