Financial District Poll: 71 Nassau or 2 Gold or 85 John?

I've got a renter coming in who will land in SoHo, but wants to look at "something in the Financial District" for shopping's sake.

Anybody have any comment -- good, bad, or merely factual -- on any of the above buildings? I only want to show one, and the only one I've been in is 71 Nassau.

Try 15 Broad Street or The Cipriani at 55 Wall. if you can wait a bit.. 20 Pine Street (the Armani Condo).

15 broad does have soem rentals posted... not too sure about the others sorry..
