Any benefit to bringing a realtor to a new development sales office?

Assuming I find a new development's website by myself, would there be any benefit to bringing a realtor the sales office? After all, the sales office can answer any questions I might have.

If I don't bring a realtor, do you think the sales office would be more willing to negotiate, since they wouldn't have to pay another realtor?

my experience is that, yes, they are more willing to negotiate if you don't bring a broker with you to a new dev.
