I know this news is like 9 years old, but I only just read up on the building recently while browsing through an amazing skyscraper book I own copyright 1997. It mentions that there was once planned a 70 story building in Jakarta, Indonesia to be built called the Kuningan Persada. It looked big, almost final if it was published in an international book. But I've found it was canceled (which explained why I was confused when I saw it's height compared to the Sears Tower, but had never heard of the building in any comparison graphs). Anyways, I was wondering, why was it canceled?
