hi everyone i am a new member to this forum. i just found this site and i love it and will be here alot. i was raised in bed-stuy and want to know if anyone here has photos of bed-stuy of the 50s and 60s. i grew up in the 60s in bed-stuy,but started school in 1959 at p.s.93 on ny ave.i then went to p.s. 225 in brighton beach in 1965 i was bused there.then i went to JHS 43 in sheepshead bay and then to JHS 258 in 1967 and then finally to Bayridge High. i was wondering if there are any photos around of schools in these years or the neighborhoods? again i am glad to be here on this site.
