Gas Deregulation?

I've been receiving calls from a gas provider for the past few months and finally decided to test them out as they said they would "guarantee" me savings. I did check my bill and it was lower.

Has anyone else been called by these people yet? Is this for real or just some scam where I'm going to get burned?

Oh great, I'm the only one. I guess I'm the guinea (sp?) pig. I'll let you know my experience.
