Is there a snafu with the time code?

In the User CP-Edit Options, make sure that your Time Zone is always the Standard GMT. In Lofter's case, it would always be: (GMT -5:00)

If you get Daylight Savings, make sure that you have this:
(DST corrections always on)

If you don't get Daylight Savings, make sure that you have this:
(DST corrections always off)

I have found on past Vbulletin sites that the (Automatically detect daylight savings) option is not reliable every time zone.

That wasn't the problem.

I posted this reply to Capn Birdseye. While it seems to be in chronological order, I began the post AFTER that of Infoshare at 12:04.

While previewing the post, I could not access the forum for about 15 minutes. When I finally was able to submit the post, I didn't notice the time discrepancy until Lofter brought it up.

Could it have something to do with the US change in the initiation of daylight savings times to an earlier date? Somehow things aren't fully coordinated worldwide in cyberspace?

Server crashed at 12:35 pm that day, perhaps this is related.

I blacked out at around that time... could have something to do with it.

I'm still a little shakey, but fine.
