...Andy Warhol's 1964 film Empire? As in, sat through the whole thing? For those of you who don't know, it's an eight-hour film consisting of one single shot of the Empire State Building from "early evening" to about 3 in the morning the next day.
Any of you New Yorkers seen it? Anyone else?
You can see the IMDB page HERE (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0196530/) and there's also a page on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Empire_%281964_film%29).

Does it count if we were sleeping part of the time?
Joelio, you should be steered in a more wholesome direction than Warhol. I know a 12-year-old girl in the U.S. who stars in plays (especially musicals), is a great writer, funny, friendly, and pretty. Do you want to start an email correspondence with her?

Uh... tell me more?
I was just interested if anyone's seen the film. I wasn't planning in copying it or anything...
Actually, something like that with the Sky Tower would be good. :D Nah, just joking. But anyway.

Actually, as soon as you mentioned Warhol's film, I was thinking about it being done with the Sky Tower, too.:)

Lol. I could probably do it myself - -I have a great view of it from the top of my street. But the film would only be one hour, unless I could change cassettes really quickly. Or I could use multiple cameras.
Maybe in the coming days...

Ah! Yes! Now I remember. You saw my thread on the Sky Tower!
Well, actually, I didn't just remember... I went back to the thread to give WebErr a link. But ANYWAY, that isn't the point. :D
