Hi, just got back three days ago, thought I´d share some pictures from my little trip to Roosevelt Island by the 59th Street Tram. Calm and pieceful on the southern tip of the island, a real refuge a sunny day. Mostly pictures on Manhattan, not much to see except what´s in the pictures. Since I can only upload ten images at a time, this will be a multipost trip!

The tramride was really short but cool. And hot, it was 44 outside and maybe 90 inside the cart with a vent blowing warm air straight into my face. It was like a sauna. Picnic on the grassy knoll and then we tried to throw a bungy-frisbee to the Queens side...No luck.
My third time in the city in 5 years, will post some more pictures later if someone tells me how to get rid of this ten image limit!

Peace

If you tried it with a ball, you might have better luck.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
