I think that is the number. Word is that they are planning a modern looking building there by the same guys that did the Chinese football (Soccer) stadium.

Any news?

It's part of the New York Law School (http://www.wirednewyork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9831&page=3) development.

The plot on the SW corner of Church and Leonard (58-64 Leonard) is being (or has been) sold. There are two small buildings (54 and 56 Leonard), but I don't think they are part of the project.
