Travelling to New York/New Jersey and looking for good shops

Hi, I am going to New Jersey in August, right next to New York, and I'm looking for some shops that the members here think offer good prices.
I'm especially looking to buy a 30GB iPod and some CLH and "A Bathing Ape" ("BAPE") gear (eg. shoes, clothes, etc).
Firstly, does anyone know of any good priced stockists of electronics in NYC or NJ that might stock and iPod? I'm there for almost 3 weeks so list as many as you can think of! Also any shops that stock these clothes or these type of Hip-Hop clothes?
Secondly, any gems-of-stores that you highly recommend for range of products or impressive price?
I'm sorry it sounds so vague, but it's my first time to NY/NJ so I'm not sure what to expect.

I was actually looking for a recommended shop around NJ/NYC that maybe stocks iPods at below sale price? It may be too much to ask, so if there isn't anywhere, just a reliable shop?
