Spots to hang out/hookah places

Hey whats up guys. Im new to the forums, but not knew to NYC. Live in Queens for years then moved to NJ for better schooling and now im back in NYC. I wanted to know places where i can just hang out(18 by the way), and if any of you guys know of any hookah aka sheesha places that are nice but not too expensive.

good service, but can become pricey so bring a big group!
