Fye-Dye? (Rhymes with "tie dye".)
Fye-Dee? (Rhymes with "Heidi".)
Fye-Deh? (Rhymes with "Ida".)
Fee-Dee? (Like "Fiji", only not really...)

I say "Fee Dee" Both rhyme with "tea".

Rhymes with tye dye. ("Fi" as in financial --fee, fi, fo, fum.)

Actually, I think it's pronounced "Financial District." Unless someone's a desperately-seeking new real-estate-branding-acronym acolyte.

Yes, I agree with ablarc and fioco -- I still think of it as "Wall Street"
but I do love taking clients down there, mainly because I'm addicted to Financier Patisserie!
