sorry didn't mean they sold out. just meant they were going fast initially and there was a lot of chat about it in comparison to this one which just seems DOA.

The same Corcoran agent (Jim Brawders) in charge of 45 John is in charge of Tribeca Space. Before buying into this project, I suggest that you do some research on Tribeca Space - including taking a look at the following blog: http://tribecaspace25murray.blogspot.com - and remember that history repeats itself.
