No fee UES buildings

My wife and I are looking to sign a lease in the next 2 weeks, and have been looking at buildings managed by Bettina, Jakobson and Archstone (particularly the Fairfax on E. 69th), all of which are no fee.

Our max monthly budget is $3250. Are there other no-fee options we're not considering, particularly on the UES?
