New York-Presbyterian hospital is building apartments for their employees there (http://wirednewyork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12762). Should be topped out by now.

They have already started to put up facings and glass on the lower floors. Looks like it will be done soon.

Indeed. The glass is a very dull grey and looks even less attractive paired with the beige brick facade going up.
