There's more than one apartment on the market that fits those criteria . . . If you're going to hit just one building I would suggest the Archstone.

I work with luxury renters a lot (though typically downtown, because my clients tend to like lofts) and I would recommend that you should try to be open to subletting a condo as well as going direct to a rental building. If you are willing to put up with a minimal application process you might get more apartment for your money.
