Hi,
I have a landmarked building in a historic district where I need to replace the windows. These are your regular flat top brown wooden windows. I would like to put in new aluminun energy star windows (1/10 the cost of putting in replicas of what we already have - which aren't even good windows), but before I do so, I must get approved by Landmarks.
Has anyone had experience working with Landmarks? Is there a specific way I should be filling out the application? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
