Corner or Canal / Grand / Hudson

I thought this potential project was discussed elsewhere. I can't remember where.

Anyway, the building at this corner is coming down. This is a huge lot, easily twice the size of the Trump site. I thought a tall tower was proposed. Then again, at one time I thought I could be President of the U.S.A. Is this ringing any bells?
