90 Lexington Avenue Westbrook Partners has purchased the 13-story, 107-unit apartment building at 90 Lexington Ave for $30.5 million, according to public records. The 128,500-square-foot modernist mid-rise was built in 1957. Westbrook recently bought a pre-war apartment building at 752 West End for $85 million. TRD
