I am lookin for the name of a VERY beautiful lady who posed for many statues and photos in and around New York City during the late 19th, early 20th century. She's been spoken of many times on the forum but I have no been able to find the correct post. If anyone can shed some light on this women's name and maybe someone information regarding what she posed for in NYC, I would be VERY appreciative. Thanks in advance.

I think you're looking for Audrey Munson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audrey_Munson).

This thread is all about her: Photo Quiz (http://wirednewyork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4707&highlight=Audrey+Munson)

She's also in this post (http://wirednewyork.com/forum/showpost.php?p=128051&postcount=16) in the Municipal Building thread.

Then again, you could be thinking of Julia "Dudie " Baird (http://www.barrypopik.com/index.php/new_york_city/entry/diana_of_madison_square_garden/), who modeled for St. Gaudens (http://www.sgnhs.org/Augustus%20SGaudens%20CD-HTML/Models/Dudie.htm) and others ...
