Best Place for Skateboarding

where are some cool and unique places to go skateboarding ... and im not talking about Union Square...there's gotta be other places that im missing out on?

The Bronx County Courthouse is crawling with skaters after closing hours.

Thre is a park beneath the Brooklyn Bridge approach on the Manhattan side where lots of skaters gather -- The Brooklyn Bridge Banks (http://www.skateboarding.com/skate/news/article/0,23271,1536570,00.html)...

There's a whole entire skate park in the Hudson River Park at 34th Street. Ramps, half tubes, all those skating things.

They moved that ^ from the Tribeca section ...

Have they opened them at the new location? Or must boarders wait until some unknown future date?

It's been open for months and its use is way up in the new location.
