The Panama Canal Authority maintains four webcams that capture activities at various points along the waterway: (1) Miraflores Locks at the Pacific Ocean entrance to the Canal, (2) Puente Centenario (Centennial Bridge) over the Canal's narrowest passageway, the Gaillard Cut, (3) Gatun Locks at the Caribbean Sea entrance to the Canal, and (4) Expansion Cam showing excavation along the Gaillard Cut in connection with the project to add a third set of locks to handle supertankers and the like.
The webcams can be viewed at the Canal Authority's web site (http://www.pancanal.com/eng/photo/camera-java.html) and at a site where they are mirrored and displayed with a list of ships' schedules and links to ships' bowcams (http://www.seacruisechat.com/panamacanal/).
