Hello, I am new here, my name is Andrea Conelli and I am a Lawyer. I have few Q's related to real estate value in Manhattan.
Can anyone please shed some light on the zoning sq foot price (Land only) for all categories especially premium ones?
It can go from 50th to 59th streets between 5th and 8th Ave.
Thanks for any support I can get.

It obviously varies quite a bit based on building, location, and use.
Prime properties can trade for well over $1,000 a square foot foot, though less than prime properties can trade for far less.
Prime development sites trade for $300-$1,000 a square foot of developable floor area, though could go higher or lower in special circumstances.

Hmmmm... what I mean is that do they charge on Gross sqf (includes ZFA, basement, etc....) or only the Lot area for $1000 per sqf?
Zoning means different prices for different zone importance...
