Hello everyone... Im a noob on this forum now, however in 2001- 2003 i was a very active member... Now that I got my new computer and have settled down I am able to get back into the architecture scene. Stern i think remembers me... "Rich Battista" also "thebatman1985" i think was my user name back then... Anyways I am excited now more than ever... Manhattan is booming with tons of new developments especially in chelsea and hells kitchen around the hudson yards perimiter... I cant wait to see what is going to happen in the upcoming years!!
