Check out my postcount here. Under 60 in almost three years so it's not like I'm here alot. When I've got some time to kill it's a nice way to do it tho. For some reason the Jersey City rising thread keeps me comming back.

Like he says, Stern isn't there much so...
/I got de-modded at SSC for several months for not being around enough. Which was fair, if you ain't there how can you be a mod?

I spend way too much time on the net too, just not here. Right now it's SSP, SSC and helping steer the awesome new Stockholm yimby movement :D
