Is there somewhere I can find a map delineating all the urban renewal areas in the Bronx? (or all five boroughs for that matter?) I've searched around on the nyc.gov sites, but to no avail.

You mean the Great Society urban renewal areas from the 1960's?
The city no longer designates official urban renewal areas.

Though the city may no longer designate (new) urban renewal areas, they still exist - according to HPD there are about 150 of them - and their corresponding urban renewal plans very much still serve to guide development within the URAs.
For example - the Melrose Commons Urban Renewal Plan, amended in 2007 (link (http://www.nyc.gov/html/hpd/html/developers/melrose_commons_urban_renewal_amend.shtml)). There's a map in the EIS that shows a few of the other urban renewal areas nearby; I'm just wondering if there's a map out there somewhere that shows all of them
