Parking for Yankee Stadium

We will be going to the Yankees game this Friday (June 20). We are driving in from Connecticut before the game and then driving to New Jersey immediately after the game. I have been told that parking is terrible at the stadium. Any suggestions where I should park and then take public transportation? Thanks.

You can give "126th street Parking Corp" a try. It's located on 126th street between Morningside ave and Amsterdam ave in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan (or West Harlem). You're also close to the D subway which takes you directly to Yankee Stadium (approx. 3 stops to 161 River Ave...but make sure it's running local at the time of the game). Good Luck! :)

This is probably a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway. Is that parking deck open 7 days a week? I'm going to the game this saturday. We're staying in Jersey, then checking out on saturday morning, going to Yankee Stadium, then leaving from there and going straight home.

Also, how much does it cost to park there? Do they charge by the hour, flat rate, etc?
