Big building in Bronx vs. small building in Manhattan

I'd like to know some of the advantages and disadvantages of owning a small building in Manhattan vs. a large building in the Bronx, Brooklyn, or Staten Island. Provided that the large building in the Bronx is worth the same amount as the small one in Manhattan. Please give your opinion on which option you prefer.

For investment purposes, size and location mean nothing, only one thing matters cash-flow. Look over the cash flow with a magnifying glass to make sure NOI isn't inflated and then make your decision.
