Loew's Kings Theater, Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn

I know that brianac referenced this topic in the King's Plaza expansion thread but I think that this magnificent and historically significant Brooklyn landmark deserves its own thread now that its long discussed restoration looks to be finally moving forward.
