Developer, hotelier and restaurateur Tony Goldman has just sold four of the 12 condos he's building on Greene Street. "It had been very slow going until then," Goldman tells us. Now he says business is picking up briskly in the terminally trendy area.

The first of his three-phase plan has combined two buildings at 101-103 Greene St. to create a 12-unit luxury building.

The condos range in size from 2,700 to more than 3,000 square feet and are priced from $925 to $1,700 per square-foot.

The two and three bedroom units include gourmet kitchens with 46-bottle wine chillers, ceiling heights to nearly 15 feet, oversized windows and large terraces and roof rights. "It's the first full-service condo in the center of SoHo with a 24-hour concierge," says Goldman. The project is also the first in more than 100 years to recreate a cast-iron facade.

I'd be very interested in seeing pictures of this project since I am a big fan of cast iron buildings...
