Does anyone know what the name of this building is? When it will be finished?

How far along is the project?
Could it be The Sycamore at 250 East 30th Street? The Sycamore broke ground last summer and is now due to finish construction this winter.

The Sycamore @ 250 E 30th Street - MHP in partnership with Kennelly Development is developing this $32.5 million, 81 unit, 14 story condominium project in Kips Bay, New York, NY. Projected completion date is Winter 2002/03. The project team includes H. Thomas O'Hara as architect, DeSimone Consulting Engineers as structural engineer, and Calakar Construction Services Corporation (founded by Keith and Kevin DeMatteis).

A friend lives around the corner, it's topped out, glazing mostly in so only the interiors and base need finishing.

It looks much better in the renderings than reality.
