Nice shots! *With springtime approaching, I think its time to get out and get more construction photos.

Nice pics. :)

I'm disappointed with the tower facade glass on AOL so far.

I hear ya, Garcia.

IMHO it should be a much lighter shade of blue; at certain angles and in certain light the glass even looks black.

Bloody Lovely Photos!

The Times Square Tower looks especially good from street level
rising above the Times Building. *Nice and tall and thin.

Gulcrapek, we're of like mind. I walked around the neighborhood yesterday taking construction photos as well. Except for AOL, I don't think we have any of the same sites! I've not posted mine yet. That "One Photo" posting was my tease. I haven't had a chance to go through all the photos yet. Thanks for sharing.

chris I think everyone was of that mind. Yesterday was gorgeous, it was a hint at spring. Perfect. Great pictures, Ghoul.

It's good to see that the cladding of the Bloomberg Tower is being installed.

It's Good to see the Twin Towers at Columbus circle getting their final job. *

I like the canyon-like impression at Times Square.
I'd like to be there during a thunderstorm.

Wow...Wiseguy205...those last 3 photos are terrific!

I, too, am pleasantly surprised w/ how nice the glass facade is looking! *Child's SOM, as usual, makes a plain glass tower look much better just w/ great facade treatment. *This is one of those rare occasions where the reality is better than the rendering.

I love the Nissin "Cup of Noodles" billboard in Photo 1...

Those photos are too big...otherwise, they're great.

too big...you cant be serious.

TXSQ is a tremendous addition to the cityscape of Times Square. It captures the energy with each face and glass treatment.

I just like the fact that it towers high above 1 Time Square. It completes the sense of enclosure and monumentality of the "crossroads of the world".

I'm not denying that they're great pictures, Stern. *It's just that my browser can only take so much. *I think it took me five minutes to load them.
