Saw this in my Landlord's office today and had to let you all know about it too. *Some of you probably have seen it, it is available in some map shops around town. *I have no affiliation with this company...just thought it was super cool.

Yeah, I thought I'd seen it somewhere before.
There pretty accurate arent they!
Ive got this weired thing that i want everything to be as up-to-date as possible but thats pretty recent, well actually a few years ago but most posters are really old!

I saw this poster the other day that was so old that the financial centre and 17 state street were under construction!

Interesting how they kept the Twin Towers in the poster... That being said, are they still sold as shown?

Yes as far as I know. *The artist spent years doing the drawings so the amount of work put into them is the reason they are still available with the twins.

in an nytimes article about the poster the artist said that he left the twin towers in because it just wouldnt be complete without them.

Definitely cool posters, but I prefer "Manhattan Unfurled" by Matteo Pericoli (Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0375504915/102-3987587-9547362?vi=glance
which gives the full view around the island, as opposed to cutting off at 96th St.
