Hey, does anyone know where I can buy actual parts to build a model of any building/skyscraper in mind?

At skyscraperpage.com, DamienK (or could have been Cliff Tan) have a way of printing out diagrams and putting them together in 3d. Maybe ask them about it.
There are also sites out there with metal building models.

Actually, what I meant was if you know any websites that sell parts to build your own medal building models?

Hmm. Chris it you go to the larger hobby stores, Pearl( http://www.pearlpaint.com/), you can get things like i-beams/columns, miniature trees and other things.
But if you are creative enough, you can use almost anything to build a building model, more so if it is one you designed. I have even used acetate sheets sandwiched together to look like glass. There are even sheets that are reflective like mirror.
But depending on where you live, you can either go in person or on-line 9 which I do not recommend if you are not familiar with the materials that you are buying.)

A couple years back I bought 4 of these kits:

Finished each, and topped them onto eachother. My plan was to build it unto it was 50 storeys, but the first 13 storeys took almost a year of my time.

If you can learn a CAD program and generate an .stl (stereo lithography) formatted file, Z-corp will print you one free model with their patented 3D printing system- even multicolor!
