Here's a panorama showing what Chicago could look like if it had the top 25 tallest buildings in the world gracing its skyline. The ranking's are from skyscrapers.com so if you have a problem with the order take it up with them! Thanks to Goonstra who took the great photo of Chicago which I've used as the base image.

It does show that there is some coherency in the architectural development of cities around the world. As much as each individual building in the piece is an impressive work, I find the whole to be a big disarray, an incompatible mess.

Of course its a mess, have you ever tried to encorporate the top twenty-five tallest buildings into one picture, trying to make all of the perspective and size the same and trying to show most of each building so that it is recognisable?

Nicely done, Iarven! By the way, why is it that the The Center and Central Plaza are eerily similar. They have the same shape, are in the same city, roughly same height, and heck, even similar names!

Maybe competition, maybe coincidence, but i know that i like central plaza much more.
