Ernst & Young tower at lattitude

As you will know the lattitude tower is being constructed in Sydney, I thought considering that we are using the world tower topic to talk about this, that we should have a new one.

It's one of about 3 steel framed scrapers in Sydney's CBD. It will stand @ 45 levels above ground.
623ft / 190m to roof and 728ft / 222m to tip of spire.

The main tenant will be Ernst & Young.

This view of the rendering is great. This building just screams Sydney. If you didnt know where it was you could tell that it was in Sydney.

At the moment, the exposed ^ bracing (the mid-plant floors) are @ levels 25 & 26.
Due to the holiday break, construction won't begin again until 5th Jan..

...and a close-up of Melbourne based architects Denton Corker Marshall i.e. DCM's model for East @ Latitude. East is a 34 level apartment building which includes its 5 level retail podium. It will stand 341ft / 104m above street level.
