Downtown Film Personalities

I'd like to enlist the help of the brilliant people on these boards with a project I'm working on. I'm wondering what film personalities live (at least part-time) in the downtown/Tribeca area?

Obviously there's Bobby Deniro. And Ed Burns bought JFK jr's Tribeca loft, anybody know of others? Could be behind the scenes folks, producers, directors, etc...
