Nice pics. I particularly like the one of the bicyclist silhouetted against the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Some of the pics are a little bit blurry, though; just wanted to say.

Very interesting angles on many of them. Did you take that picture of the Randall's Island footbridge from the water?

Yes, I took the pic of the footbridge from the Circle Line.

I agree some of them are blurry, but I posted them anyway since they are from locations that seem to be overlooked, such as the often maligned Williamsburg Bridge.

I will have a chance to take more in a few weeks with a better camera, more experience, and more varied locations. For now I'm most proud of the pics from Central Park, since I don't know when I'll get to take pics like that in the snow again.

This is the Gil Hodges Bridge (aka Marine Park Bridge) silhouetted against a majestic late summer sunset. It links Floyd Bennett Field (NYC's first municipal airport!) in Brooklyn to Riis Park/Fort Tilden (which contains the remnants of batteries that guarded the outer NYC bay) in the Far Rockaways. Enjoy. :)
