New apt. building opening in financial district?

I actually just viewed apartments there yesterday. The leasing office is in 67 Wall and they cut a hole the size of a door in the wall between the 63 Wall and 67 Wall and they take you through to see the models. 1 bedrooms are 700 sq ft, 2 months free rent and they pay moving expenses. However the bedroom is a shoebox. Then they have many lines for studio plus home office and every single model showed a bedroom where the office should be. To make up for no windows in the "bedroom" they have french doors. The sq footage on the studios with home office are higher and all have much bigger "bedrooms." Floors 6-15 will have a move in date of July 15 or Aug 1 and higher floors with higher rent are not ready yet.
