Not a matching game.

Which forum member do you think you're most akin to?

Personally, I think I share the most common ground with billyblancoNYC.

I think we both have a happy medium for realestate, building height, architecture, and city detours.

ZippyDaPimp. He has a good eye, a great sense of humor, and is a horny son of a bitch.

LOL! Oh my....we need a moderator here as soon as possible.

Criminy!!!

I can't respect an organization that would have me as a member.

I don't know that I find I'm "like" anyone.

I tend to enjoy Zippy's responses and his willingness to string along some of our more long winded, non-logical, overly emotional posters. I get a kick out his posts.

I like Christian Wieland - he runs hot and cold. He can be very engaged and has an intellect and vocabulary I appreciate. He can be brutal in his criticisms and hysterical with his biting witt. But lately, he seems to be holding back. Oh, and I admire that we rarely scoop him in news. He has articles posted seemingly as they are released by the media.

I'm a Gulcrapek fan - as a fellow Brooklynite - we share a strong passion for the Borough.

Others I come to enjoy and expect quality posts from: JMGarcia, Ninjahedge, Stern (who has his own great website), NYGuy, TLozLink5, NYatKnight, and dbhStockton. Krulltime has been a new source of energetic and consistent postings (Although, he'd get a gold star if he properly and consistently capitalized and proofread his posts).

And, Edward - of course. I must have something in common with him if I have adopted his website as "home".

Much thanks to all of you for a great discourse.

Now, those I think are idiots.....

What I like about this topic is that a compliment to another is also one to yourself.

I can't respect an organization that would have me as a member.
Is that a Woody Allen joke?

Groucho Marx, but it would seem to suit Mr. Allen, as well.

Woody Allen tells it in the intro to "Annie Hall" and attributes it to Groucho Marx (who may have taken it from Freud.)

Right, he adopts it.

I believe I share billyblancoNYC, NYCManiac, Stern and krulltime's unabashed zeal and love for everything New York, ZippytheChimp and Edward's combination of levelheadedness with occasional exuberance, Gulcrapek's fondness for the outer boroughs and kitties, londonlawyer's online "Cross me and you'll regret it" attitude, Schadenfrau's offline "Cross me and you'll regret it" attitude, BPC's occasional cautious optimism and reservedness, Christian Weiland's love for the printed word (especially regarding city life), Agglomeration and finddave's frustration with often-irrational NIMBYs, BrooklynRider, NYGuy, Ninjahedge, and Jasonik's occasional highbrow input, and alex ballard and ILUVNYC's high hopes for the future.

With a few exceptions (mostly spammers) I anticipate and enjoy informed posts, educated questions and quality input from everyone here, whether it's NYatKNIGHT, Zoe, dbhstockton, YesISaidIWillYesIWill, RandySavage or anyone else, be they from the City or elsewhere.

Hey, I can't help it. I'm a New Yorker (and a lawyer)!
