I always felt that the Bronx is always behind in development. We hear a lot of exciting things happening in Brooklyn and Queens all the time. Why is that? Because it is not too close to the best part of manhattan?
Also how come I dont hear anything happening in Staten Island? Is it that is develop enough and they don't need development?

i bet that now Harlem is going through gentrification and will expand upwards through Wash heights then into the Bronx...anyone else agree?

100%. The South Bronx in already attracting artists, and a lot of people from the city seem to be dicovering Riverdale. I think it's inevitable, the area is cheap and Brooklyn and Harlem is not as much anymore. Here's to hoping.

The South Bronx is already becoming gentrified. Look for the Bruckner Grill when crossing the Third Avenue Bridge.
