Info on 400 W 60th St - Osi?

I wanted to see if anyone new about a building at 400 W 60th St called Osi. Looks like it was definitely built within the past 10 years. Rental? Any info appreciated.

Are you sure it's not 400 West 59th Street?

I didn't look on the other side to see if there was another entrance, but it looked like there was a part time doorman. It is right next to 1 Columbus Pl and I almost didn't realize it was a second building. Thanks for the article though.

Sorry about the article link, I mean to post the the skyscrapers.com link to One Columbus Place.

But since its not One Columbus Place, could it be 2 Columbus Avenue? It's a 133 unit condominium across the street.

It's definitely not 2 columbus, I saw that one across. The entrance to this building is literally to the right of 1 columbus and the part of the west wall of the building is shared with the hospital.
